The Europe 4.0 Digital Citizens eLearning course is open. It is a free, self-paced online learning environment available in seven European languages, designed for adults who want to understand the technologies shaping work and daily life — from artificial intelligence to cybersecurity — and to prove those skills with a recognised microcredential.  

What you get

Registration takes about three minutes.

Step 1: Choose your country Select your country from the list below. Each country has its own registration form, managed by the local partner organisation.
Step 2: Complete the form Fill in your details and select the topic — or topics — you would like to study.
Step 3: Receive your access We will send you your login details for the learning platform by email. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few days.
Step 4: Start learning Work through your course whenever it suits you. Your progress is saved automatically, so you can stop and return at any time.
